I have used their service twice now and they have never disappointed me. What’s important is their customer service—treating customers kindly and with respect, appreciate it a lot. They would also sometimes reach out whenver there’s extra tickets they could find and I found that to be very helpful especially times when ticketing is difficult, or when your friends couldn’t get theirs.
